Terms & Conditions for Gurukripa Taxi
Booking: The user must provide accurate information during booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time of travel, and the number of passengers.
Cancellation: The user can cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In case of cancellation within 72 to 24 hours of pickup time, only 50% amount will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time.
Payment: Payment for the taxi service can be made in cash or through electronic means at the end of the journey. The user must pay the fare as per the rates displayed on the website or communicated by the customer support team.
Driver Conduct: Our drivers are expected to be professional and courteous at all times. Any inappropriate behavior by the driver should be reported immediately to Gurukripa Taxi's customer support team.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the journey. Any damage caused to the taxi or any inappropriate behavior will result in a penalty fee.
Vehicle Maintenance: Gurukripa Taxi maintains its vehicles to ensure they are in good condition for safe travel. However, if any damage occurs to the vehicle during the journey due to passenger negligence, the user will be liable for the repair costs.
Liability: Gurukripa Taxi will not be liable for any loss or damage to the user's belongings during the journey. The company will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
