Refund Policy

Cancellation by User: If the user cancels his booking before 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time, full refund will be given. In case of cancellation within 72 to 24 hours of pickup time, only 50% amount will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time.

Cancellation by Gurukripa Taxi: If Gurukripa Taxi cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the user will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided to the user.

No-Show: If the user fails to show up for the scheduled pickup without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made through the same mode of payment used by the user for the booking. However, the company reserves the right to deduct any applicable cancellation fees or penalty charges.

Change in Fare: In case of any change in the fare due to route change or any other circumstances, the difference amount will be refunded or charged to the user, as the case may be.
